Math Advocacy

There are groups of people who suffer silently in mathematical spaces. We have spent our careers as individuals fighting for these groups. We have partnered to give talks, created and facilitated professional development programs addressing these issues and we have written a book series about advocating for students of color and those marginalized within our community. This is the next step. This discipline needs a community of Math Advocates to push against the narratives and beliefs we have about marginalized groups in mathematics. Together we will "set things right!"
